We are hiring a Target-Based Business Development Manager who can convert leads into long-term business, build partnerships, and generate consistent sales for agency services. The role is remote, focused on achieving monthly sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and closing deals through strategic approach—not just lead collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients in Patna, Bihar and Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh.
  • Generate business for:
  • Website Development (Landing Pages, Portfolios, eCommerce)
  • SEO & Digital Marketing
  • Amazon PPC & Account/Listing Management
  • Social Media Management & Paid Ads
  • Branding & Corporate Identity Solutions
  • Identify new revenue opportunities, B2B partnerships, and high-value accounts.
  • Convert inbound + outbound prospects into paying clients through consultative selling.
  • Conduct discovery calls, understand client requirements, provide solution-driven proposals.
  • Maintain accurate sales funnels, reports, and CRM tracking.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliver ROI-focused business proposals.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets.
  • Work closely with technical and marketing teams for project handovers.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales mindset, closing ability, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication (English/Hindi) and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to understand digital services:
  • SEO, PPC, Meta Ads
  • Website development
  • eCommerce solutions
  • Amazon growth
  • Comfortable with lead conversion, cold outreach, and funnel management.
  • Persistence, self-discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools, WhatsApp business, email pitching.

Qualifications

  • 1–5 years experience in Business Development / Sales (Digital Marketing or IT preferred).
  • Freshers with strong sales mindset can apply.
  • Experience in outbound lead generation, B2B pitching, or startup sales is a plus.
