Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth Manager based in Patna. The Business Growth Manager will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, fostering partnerships, overseeing key projects, and providing strategic recommendations. The role requires excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve growth objectives.

- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills for building and maintaining partnerships
- Proven experience in Sales and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth
- Proficiency in Project Management and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities
- Experience in AdTech, marketing, or business development is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field
