Job Title: BDM (Marketing, NOT Sales)

Location: Patna, Bihar (In-office)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month (based on Interview)

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to support our client. In this role, you will help plan and execute marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to drive client retention and business growth. You will work closely with our creative team to develop promotions, customer engagement strategies, and brand-building activities. This position is ideal for someone eager to start their career in marketing, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Develop and coordinate customer retention initiatives such as loyalty programs, rebooking drives, and follow-ups
  • Support in creating offers, promotions, and seasonal campaigns to boost customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the creative team to deliver social media and branding materials
  • Conduct market research & competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare reports and updates on campaign performance for internal team and clients
  • Maintain smooth client communication to ensure satisfaction and growth
  • Track, measure, and prepare performance reports for campaigns and client presentations.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or client service (training will be provided).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients confidently.
  • Creative mindset with interest in branding, promotions, and customer engagement.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Slides).
  • Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in the marketing field.
