Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Promote IT products, software, and services by understanding market needs and customer pain points.
Generate high-quality leads, build strong brand awareness, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Conduct regular field visits to identify opportunities and convert leads into potential clients.
Reach out to prospective clients through multiple marketing channels (cold calls, emails, meetings, in-person visits, events, etc.).
Develop and execute marketing plans to support sales initiatives.
Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Track, analyze, and report performance of marketing activities.
Build and maintain a strong client database and follow up consistently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
Experience in direct marketing, sales, or business development (IT industry preferred).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of public relations and brand awareness strategies.
Ability to quickly adapt to changes and work in a dynamic environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
