Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna for a Sales Business Development professional. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role also entails analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online outreach
- Support business development initiatives and partnership activities
- Communicate with students, institutions, and other potential clients
- Maintain CRM data, track performance, and prepare reports
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for campaign execution
- Participate in field or virtual meetings as required
