Job Role: Business Devlopment Intern

Location: Kankarbagh, Patna

Duration: 6months with possibility of fulltime conversion for top Performers

Stipend: 10000/Month

Key Responsibilities – SDR Internship

  • Conduct cold-calling and outbound prospecting to generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Qualify inbound leads through initial conversations and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain, update, and track CRM data to ensure accuracy of leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and messaging strategies.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and meeting setups.
  • Research target accounts, industries, and decision-makers to personalize outreach and improve conversion.
  • Provide timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects to build strong relationships.
  • Share feedback and insights from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
  • Support the sales team in pipeline building, campaign execution, and reporting activities.
