Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR functions in our Patna office. Primary tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and selection processes, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role also involves training and developing staff, managing performance appraisals, and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR Management, developing HR policies, and employee relations
  • Strong skills in Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, and Performance Management
  • Excellent knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus
