Skills

  • Proficient in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, or PeopleSoft.
  • Strong management capabilities with prior supervising experience in an HR setting.

  • Demonstrated data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and drive strategic decisions.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations for various audiences within the organisation.
  • In-depth knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and employment legislation.
