Fship is hiring for Inside sales executive/ Business Development executive located in Noida Sector 63. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales leads, pitching products, maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, and uncovering their needs and requirements. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing sales deals and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targeting B2B logistics clients
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Qualifications and Skills
- Someone with more than 1+ year of experience in B2B logistic sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM software
- Ability to identify new opportunities and convert leads into sales
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
