Business Development Executive
to join our on-site team in
Noida (Sector 57)
. This is a full-time, 5-day working role aligned with
US EST hours
.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional with prior experience in
selling services
,
B2B client acquisition
, and
outsourcing solutions
. The ideal candidate should have a proven record of dealing with
American customers
, driving lead generation, and closing business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients across the US market for staffing and outsourcing services.
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Conduct client calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to pitch service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project delivery.
  • Meet and exceed monthly business targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Business Development / Sales
    within
    B2B or outsourcing services
    .
  • Prior experience in dealing with
    US-based clients
    is a must.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
    .
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
