- Guide customers in using our products/services and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely updates to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
**Qualifications**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Prior experience in a customer support role is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in a customer service position or call center environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and support ticketing systems.
- A positive attitude with a passion for customer service.
