Role Description:

- As a Real Estate Sourcing Lead, you will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring Channel Partners. You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities, conducting market research, and negotiating deals to ensure favorable outcomes.
- Responsibilities:

- Identify potential commercial real estate Channel Partners through market research and networking and onboarding them.

Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners and other industry professionals.
- Driving and Generating business through the Channel Accounts.
- Negotiate and structure deals to achieve favorable terms and maximize returns on investment.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal, finance, and asset management, to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Stay updated on market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting commercial real estate.
- Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or investment analysis.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing commercial real estate deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Relevant skills that would be beneficial for the role include proficiency in MS Office, excellent time management skills, a strong work ethic, and an ability to work independently.

As Manager - Sourcing, you will be responsible for the distribution of projects to Channel Partners (CP) and Sourcing of potential clients for the projects.

**What You Will Do**:

- Identify CP and promote products to them
- Maintain MIS and monitor walk-ins and deals from CPs
- Take update from CPs on products and offerings
- Ensure office branding
- Explore new avenues of CPs and broaden market
- Conduct CP meets on sites during launches and during sustenance
- Train CP on product details
- Capture weekend walk-in data

**What You Need to succeed in this role**:

- Post-Graduation (MBA preferred)
- Proven work experience of 5 Years in Real Estate
- Great people and sourcing skills
