**Role Overview**
As a **Channel Partner Executive**, you will be responsible for developing a strong network of channel partners (resellers, education consultants, system integrators, etc.) from the ground up. Your goal will be to identify, onboard, train, and enable partners to actively promote and sell Techior’s suite of education software products, ensuring a strong and sustainable revenue pipeline.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Identify and recruit** potential channel partners to build a nationwide partner network.
- **Develop and execute** strategic plans to onboard, train, and support channel partners.
- **Drive partner performance** by setting sales targets, tracking metrics, and providing regular performance feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and its channel partners.
- **Promote company products** effectively and help partners position our offerings in their local markets.
- Organize partner training, webinars, and joint marketing campaigns to boost partner engagement and sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, and Support) to ensure partner needs are met.
- Monitor partner sales activities and provide regular revenue and performance reports to management.
- Explore new markets and contribute to overall **channel sales strategy** and expansion planning.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in channel sales or partner management, preferably in the **software or EdTech** sector.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, indirect sales, and reseller networks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Experience with CRM tools and partner enablement platforms is a plus.
- Willingness to travel for partner meetings, events, and business development activities.
