Responsibilities.

  1. Data Sourcing & Partner Management:

· Source, onboard, and maintain channel partner information in ERP systems, ensuring all data is up to date (firm names, team size, RERA numbers, etc.).

· Regularly interact with channel partners (CP) to understand market conditions and generate business opportunities.

2. Sales Meetings & Client Engagement:

· Conduct effective sales meetings with channel partners to promote projects, address objections, and secure commitments.

· Handle walk-in clients, explaining project details, benefits, and features to convert leads into sales.

· Interact with clients to suggest various options tailored to their needs, cultivating long-term business relationships.

3. Sales & Marketing Management:

· Oversee sales and marketing efforts to achieve sales targets, driving traffic and conversion from walk-ins to bookings.

· Collaborate with channel partners to generate business, negotiate marketing budgets, and ensure partner participation on-site.

4. Proposal & Sales Conversions:

· Prepare and present sales proposals to channel partners in coordination with the team leader, securing commitments based on negotiated terms.

· Facilitate the negotiation of walk-in targets, marketing budgets, and on-site representation from channel partners.

5. Exhibition Participation & Promotion:

· Attend real estate exhibitions and represent the project, explaining key features and benefits to potential clients and partners.

· Utilize exhibitions as an opportunity to generate leads and boost project visibility in the market.

  1. Updating Systems (Lead Square & ERP):

· Maintain accurate and timely updates of client and partner information in Lead Square and ERP systems.

Ensure all sales, marketing, and follow-up activities are reflected in these systems to track progress and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹720,000.00 per year
