**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality & presentation.

- Oversee food cost management, inventory, and supplier coordination.
- Implement and maintain hygiene, safety, and FSSAI compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the culinary team for performance and growth.
- Collaborate with management on seasonal promotions and new product launches.
- Drive operational efficiency while maintaining creativity and excellence.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Culinary Degree/Diploma from a reputed institute.
- 6-10 years of progressive culinary experience (at least 2-3 years in a leadership role).
- Strong expertise in menu planning, costing, and kitchen management.
- Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced hospitality/QSR environment.
- Knowledge of FSSAI norms, HACCP, and modern kitchen practices.
- Creativity, leadership, and passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
