**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage the kitchen operations, ensuring smooth coordination among South Indian, North Indian, and Pan-Asian culinary teams.
- Develop and execute authentic South Indian dishes, maintaining high standards of taste, quality, and presentation.
- Innovate and introduce new menu items while upholding the authenticity of South Indian flavors.
- Train and mentor the culinary team, ensuring skill development across all sections.
- Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards in compliance with health regulations.
- Monitor inventory, kitchen budgeting, and cost control without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience and address feedback proactively.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Outlet Chef/Sous Chef specializing in South Indian Cuisine.
- Strong knowledge of traditional South Indian recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
- Ability to oversee and manage a diverse kitchen team, including North Indian and Pan-Asian chefs.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food cost management, and quality control.
- Passion for innovation while maintaining the authenticity of cuisines.
- Prior experience in a reputable restaurant or luxury hospitality brand is preferred.
