Executive Chef

**Job Overview**:
The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations in a single restaurant or establishment, ensuring that food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency are maintained at the highest level. The role involves menu planning, staff management, cost control, and maintaining kitchen standards. The Executive Chef works closely with the management to create a dining experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations while adhering to budgetary constraints.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- **Education**:
- Preferably from IHM.A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional cooking experience as a Executive chef
- At least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen leadership role, preferably in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
- Overall 10+ years of experience as a Chef.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: ₹1,440,000.00 - ₹1,560,000.00 per year
