**Job Summary**
The Executive Chef is in responsible of handling food preparation, kitchen personnel, and maintaining high culinary standards in addition to supervising all aspects of kitchen operations. They will create and implement innovative menu ideas, keep track of supplies, manage food expenses, and respect safety and health regulations. This position involves offering the kitchen crew with guidance and supervision, guaranteeing high-quality food service, and providing a memorable dining experience. In addition, the Executive Chef needs to keep up with the latest developments in cuisine, work collaboratively with other departments, and cultivate good connections with suppliers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff, ensuring high levels of performance and team collaboration.
- Design, plan, and update menus in accordance with customer preferences, seasonal availability, and food trends.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
- Oversee kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Manage food waste and maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for the kitchen team.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality ingredients and competitive pricing.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 per month
