**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at MarketBytes WebWorks Pvt Ltd. The Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building and maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include prospecting, presenting product offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications**
- Sales Prospecting, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation skills
- Experience in driving sales growth and meeting targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of technology products and services
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Research: Identifying market trends, potential client segments, and competitive landscape to target opportunities effectively.
- Sales Strategy: Collaborating with the marketing and leadership teams to develop and refine sales strategies tailored to client needs.
- Client Retention: Implementing strategies to retain clients, ensuring repeat business, and building long-term relationships.
- Reporting & Analytics: Tracking sales metrics, preparing reports, and presenting insights to guide decision-making.
