
Customer Success Executive

At EvolveNext, Customer Success Executive are the bridge between sales and customer success. They provide support for transitioning prospects into active users, often acting as a go-between with other departments within the company, such as marketing or product management.
A Customer Success Executive is a strategic and supportive partner for our customers at every stage of the buying process. They're focused on building loyalty to ensure long-term client retention by presenting product information, addressing customer issues and helping the sales team with upsells and renewals.
**Experience**
Maximum upto 2 yrs of experience is required. Freshers may apply.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication Skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic know how in computers, internet & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, etc).
- A fast learner with technology.
- A bachelor's degree in business or technology or related field.
- Any experience with customer interaction is an advantage **(optional)**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
