Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.
  • Explain services, identify customer needs, and guide them through documentation requirements.
  • Convert leads into successful cases and achieve sales targets.
  • Upsell relevant add-ons and maintain a high customer satisfaction ratio.
  • Update internal CRM databases with case details, follow-ups, and resolutions.
  • Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, or escalations.
  • Coordinate with doctors, operations, and QA teams for smooth case closures.

Requirements and skills

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
  • Familiarity with our industry is a plus
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Understanding of how CRM and design systems work
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Working laptop and internet connection
  • Able to communicate seamlessly in English and Hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹192,000.00 per year
