Customer Success Executive

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.
- Explain services, identify customer needs, and guide them through documentation requirements.
- Convert leads into successful cases and achieve sales targets.
- Upsell relevant add-ons and maintain a high customer satisfaction ratio.
- Update internal CRM databases with case details, follow-ups, and resolutions.
- Monitor and address customer feedback, complaints, or escalations.
- Coordinate with doctors, operations, and QA teams for smooth case closures.
Requirements and skills
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM and design systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Working laptop and internet connection
- Able to communicate seamlessly in English and Hindi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹192,000.00 per year
