Currently, we have a opportunity for you to be a part of Nakoda Machinery on the **Service** **Coordinator**Position.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Responsibilities**:

- Overview of daily Attendance & Coordination with all service Engg.
- To register the complaints from the Customer, Service Engineer or Sales Engineer & Generate the case ID & give either the customer, Service Engineer, or Sales Engineer.
- Inform the Team Leader to allocate the engineer & update the status in the Service Module
- Close the complaint with all the status in the service module.
- Take updates from Service Engineer if they have any requirement for spare parts then forward this to store Dept.
- To take follow-up - after dispatch of the assets.
- Arrange the engineer for the commissioning. And do follow-up if any short materials or any other issue will occur
- Update hammer card list & scan copies of Installation cards submit to MSB.
- Maintain records of Hammer cards, and Installation Reports on Excel database.
- Follow up with the Service Engineer for the commissioning Report.& Service Reports.
- Fill Installation Report with Hammer cards in the service module.
- Give online support for Service Team Leaders & all Service Team.
- OEM commissioning communication for compressor commissioning.
- Schedule for the free visit and depute the service engineer for the same.
- Submit advance request to the account Dept.
- Receive vouchers from the service engineer,checked it, submit in account department and enter in After Sales & Support ERP
- Take out schedule visit list from After Sale region-wise.
- Hand over & mail the schedule visit list to the regional head.
- Feedback from a customer about schedule visit.
