**Experience**: 2-5 Years
**Operation Area**: In-house Office Work
**Qualification**: Diploma / BE (Electrical or Mechanical)
**Reporting To**: Service HOD

**Key Skills Required**:
- 2+ years’ experience in in-house service coordination or sales support
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
- Strong product knowledge and ability to identify machine parts
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Prepare quotations for spare parts requested by end users
- Coordinate with service team for identifying correct parts
- Follow up with purchase and logistics teams for order tracking and dispatch
- Handle logistics documentation and ensure cost-effective delivery solutions
- Track order status till delivery to client
- Provide telephonic guidance for minor service issues
- Assign field engineers based on client location & need
- Ensure prompt and efficient service delivery
- Maintain strong communication with customers and internal teams
- Maintain client database and service history
- Analyze monthly service revenue vs machine sales
- Support AMC offer follow-ups and service team coordination
- Assist in marketing and service campaigns
