**Job Title**: Personal Secretary to CEO
**Location**: Bopal Ambli Approach, Ahmedabad
**Experience**: 5+ years
**Salary**: Up to 8.4 LPA
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **CEO Support**: Provide direct administrative and organizational support to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Schedule Management**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- **Document Management**: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and other high-level functions. Ensure all logistics are well planned and executed.
- **Stakeholder Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and other key stakeholders, including government representatives, clients, and internal teams.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive company and project information.
- **Project Coordination**: Assist with tracking progress on government projects, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize travel, accommodation, and itineraries for the CEO, ensuring efficient and cost-effective arrangements.
- **Personal Assistance**: Support the CEO with personal tasks when required, ensuring work-life balance and operational efficiency.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a media company or related industry.
- **Government Project Exposure**: Must have experience dealing with government projects or working with government departments.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be well-spoken with a professional demeanor.
- **Personality**: A confident and well-groomed individual with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior executives, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and other office productivity tools. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- **Education**: A graduate degree in any field. Additional qualifications in Business Administration or related areas will be an advantage.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in the media industry, especially in content creation or media management.
- Exposure to managing or supporting government-funded projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery.
- Strong network within the media and government sectors will be considered an asset.
Ready to travel is preferable.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
