**Job Title**: Executive Assistant to the CEO
**Reports To**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO, ensuring the efficient management of the CEO's office. This role involves managing the CEO’s schedule, facilitating communication, and coordinating key projects, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Calendar and Schedule Management**:
- Maintain and manage the CEO’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and coordinate conflicting demands, ensuring the CEO’s time is optimally utilized.
- Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering necessary documents, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up on action items.
2. **Communication and Correspondence**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
3. **Travel Coordination**:
- Plan and organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel agendas and manage all logistics related to the CEO’s travel.
4. **Project Management**:
- Assist with special projects and initiatives, often involving research, data analysis, and coordination across various departments.
- Track project deadlines, deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
5. **Meeting and Event Coordination**:
- Organize and coordinate executive meetings, board meetings, and other significant events.
- Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and ensure that follow-up actions are completed.
6. **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, often involved in discussions of a confidential or strategic nature.
7. **Office Management**:
- Manage the CEO’s office operations, including liaising with other departments and managing resources.
- Handle personal tasks and errands as needed to support the CEO.
8. **Stakeholder Relations**:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, clients, partners, and employees.
- Represent the CEO in communications and interactions, ensuring the CEO’s vision and values are reflected.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably as an Executive Assistant to the CEO.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Discretion and confidentiality are crucial in this role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs.
**Work Environment**:
- Fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires flexibility and the ability to manage changing priorities.
- May require occasional travel or extended hours, depending on the CEO’s schedule.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹13,823.25 - ₹54,713.16 per month
