This role would be working from office
- Though this role would be required to work in day shifts India time, but we do need flexibility in terms of shift extensions since this would also include interactions with our CEO
- We are looking for someone with an experience in a similar role for a minimum of 4-5 years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the senior management team, including the CEO,

CFO, and other executives.
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and events.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external

stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between senior management and various departments within the organization,

facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare analytical reports to support decision-making

processes.
- Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation

for senior executives.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain

confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and

implement best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior

management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to multitask and

prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and

professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
