Customer Relation Executive

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calling**:
Make calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s waterproofing products and services.
- **Lead Generation**:
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, addressing their needs effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of the company’s waterproofing solutions.
- **Sales Pitch**:
Deliver effective sales presentations to promote company offerings and close deals.
- **Follow-Up**:
Regularly follow up with leads to guide them through the sales process.
- **Appointment Setting**:
Arrange meetings between potential clients and the sales team.
- **Data Entry & Reporting**:
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups. Generate weekly/monthly reports.
- **Customer Service**:
Handle customer queries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- **Team Collaboration**:
Work closely with the internal sales team to align strategies and goals.
- **Continuous Learning**:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies.
- **Meeting Targets**:
Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales and communication targets.
- Minimum **1 year** of experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling
- Proficient in **Malayalam**, **English**, and at least **one** of the following: Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and target-oriented approach
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
