**Sales Management**
- Handling Pre-sales and Sales activities at the given site.
- To provide best sales experience to the customers at site.
- Comprehensive Project Presentation.
- Welcome and Greet Guest or customers, giving project brief, walkthrough of the project.
- Maintain relation with clients to generate further business

**Organizing Capability**
- Ensure strict adherence of documentation, statutory compliance of bookings.
- Timely submission of MIS report to reporting manager.
- Take complete ownership of the sales office.
- Fulfilling all administrative requirements related to Site Sales activities.
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to each profitable agreement.

**Customer Delight**
- Review customer complaint reports and ensure strict adherence to quality customer complaint management systems.
- Customer survey to understand the potential and any feedback about the company.
- Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas.
- Complete customer management with customer delight as the core focus.

**Networking Strength**
- Partner with all stakeholders for up-selling the product.
- To establish and maintain a healthy local broker network.
- Continual data collection from various data points like secondary data, research reports or after conducting Surveys.

**Audit & Compliance**
- Coordinating audit and its implementation
- Mitigation of non-compliances and audit observations.

**Education/Qualification/**

**Training**

Bachelor in any field.

**Experience**

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing.

**Knowledge & Skill Sets**
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Business Analysis
- Presentation and articulation skills

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- ER: 3 years (preferred)
