Reservation Executive

The Reservation Executive is responsible for managing guest reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring a seamless booking experience. This role involves handling inquiries, confirming reservations, maintaining up-to-date records, and delivering exceptional customer service to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and online reservation requests promptly and professionally.
- Process reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) accurately.
- Provide information on room availability, rates, promotions, and packages to guests.
- Upsell rooms and services to maximize hotel revenue.
- Maintain and update guest profiles and booking records.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experience.
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests in line with hotel policies.
- Ensure all reservations are confirmed and communicated to guests.
- Monitor daily reservations, overbookings, and no-shows, and take corrective action.
- Prepare reservation reports for management.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
