**1. Should processes reservation by mail, telephone, telex, cable, fax or central reservation systems referral.
2. Should have knowledge on type of rooms, rates, their location, layout and all packages plans
3. Should know credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
4. Should create and maintain reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
5. Should respond to all guest reservation requests and executes prompt, courteous and accurate guest service at all times.

**Job Expectations**:
1. Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office, communication skills, Confident telephone manner and etiquettes.
2. Should have knowledge of IDS Software
3. Should be committed to deliver a high level of customer service.

**Minimum Qualification**: Hotel Management Graduate or equivalent

**Minimum Job Experience**: Experience of 2 years in reservations or sales function. Previous role as a Executive - Reservations in a similar 5* hotel

**Reporting to**: Front Office Manager
