Front office executives should be able to handle a variety of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment. They should also be able to focus on guest needs, remain calm and courteous, and be highly responsible and reliable.
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, addressing guest inquiries, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the front desk.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and special requirements during their stay.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate billing records.
- Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of information.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate to management if needed.
- Provide information on hotel services, local attractions, and other inquiries.
- Assist in managing guest feedback and ensuring any issues are addressed to improve overall service quality.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management is a plus.
