Be available for guests at all times as a point of contact
Extend personal service and attention to all guests, with particular emphasis on VIP Guests
Ensure that the rooming of all guests is according to the organization's standards
Escort guests for Check-In
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the hotel and local services and supply information and respond to guest queries
Deal promptly, efficiently, and pleasantly with any queries
Establish, promote and maintain good public relations
**Job Expectations**:
Should be Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail.
Should have excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service

**Minimum Qualification**: Hotel Management Graduate or equivalent
**Minimum Job Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in guest relations and guest services
