**JOB DESCRIPTION WITH JOB SPECIFICATION**
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Will be solely responsible for sales target & Channel development target achievement for the assigned sales territory
- Develop and manage offline distributor & dealer’s network and generate sales.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media and visit at customer place for sales.
- Traveling within an assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers.
- Developing and implementing an effective sales strategy to drive sales.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

**Job specification**
- Experience of 2 to 4 years as a B2B Sales Executive or relevant role
- Minimum Graduate, MBA in marketing preferred.
- Experience in developing and handling dealer & distributor network
- Team handling experience added advantage.
- Experience in landscape or turf product sales line added advantage.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
