**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify, onboard, and nurture channel partners, brokers, and real estate agencies.
- Drive business through partner networks by conducting regular meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Ensure channel partners are motivated, aligned with company goals, and equipped with required marketing & sales collaterals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide guidance to maximize productivity and sales conversion.
- Maintain strong market intelligence to understand competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for channel partner engagement programs, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with channel partners to ensure mutual growth.
- Report sales performance, channel activity, and revenue achievements to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards in all channel transactions.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong network and established relationships with real estate brokers/agents.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration (preferred).
- 8-15 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 4-5 years in channel sales leadership.
- Experience in handling large-scale residential/commercial projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
