Job Title: Channel Sales
Experience: 3+yr
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujrat
Skills set: Manager - Channel Partner & Distribution identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic channel partners,IT and partner ecosystems.
Budget: 6LPA upto.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and manage the channel partner map for the assigned region to meet business targets.
- Identify, qualify, and onboard new strategic partners.
- Develop and implement partner strategies for growth and engagement.
- Monitor channel performance and support partners in achieving their targets.
- Manage distributor relationships and ensure extended market reach.
- Collaborate with PAMs on monthly business planning and execution.
- Drive partner enablement through training and capability-building initiatives.
- Support marketing efforts with demand generation and customer engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with channel policies and procedures.
- Recommend and execute partner offers and incentive programs.
- Conduct regular partner reviews and manage claims processes.
