**Position Overview**:
As a Channel Marketing Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive growth through indirect sales channels. You will collaborate with channel partners, distributors, and internal marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that effectively promote products and enhance brand visibility within the target market. The role involves understanding channel dynamics, building relationships, and optimizing marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
**Role & Responsibility**:
The list of role and responsibilities of Channel Marketing Associate are as follows (please note this is general indication of expectations, and not an exhaustive list of duties):
Develop Channel Strategy, develop and execute comprehensive channel marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals. Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify key channels and target market segments.
Partner Engagement, build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Provide support and resources to help partners effectively market and sell products.
Campaign Development, plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate demand, increase brand awareness, and drive sales through channel partners. Develop tailored marketing collateral, promotions, and incentive programs for channel partners.
Training and Enablement, provide training to channel partners on product features, key selling points, and effective marketing strategies. Develop and maintain a repository of marketing materials to support partner activities.
Market Analysis, conduct market research to understand trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within specific channels. Utilize data and insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Budget Management, develop and manage the channel marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives against budgetary goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration, collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to ensure alignment of channel strategies with overall company objectives. Coordinate joint marketing initiatives with partners to amplify the impact of campaigns.
Measurement and Reporting, establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of channel marketing efforts. Provide regular reports and analysis on the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
**Required Skills**:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Channel Marketing of ITSM / AIOPs products.
Strong understanding of indirect sales channels and partner ecosystems. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing programs.
Communication skills - this role requires communicating effectively, so strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must for success.
Teamwork - channel marketing associates often collaborate with a team and other departments or external contacts. For this reason, it's important that they're polite, professional, and courteous with colleagues, and that they work well in a team.
Organization skills - channel marketing associate often work with different colleagues and teams on multiple projects at one time, so the ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized is essential.
Analytical abilities - channel marketing associate analyze data, observe trends, and report and evaluate the success of campaigns and social engagement, which requires strong analytical abilities.
Must be able to travel.
Must hold bachelor’s degree, an MBA will be preferred.
Possess high energy and driven to be achieve results.
This is a Work from office position, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
