**Job Description: Sales and Marketing Associate**

**Responsibilities**:
**OEM and ODM Sales**:

- Develop and implement strategies to drive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) sales.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential OEM and ODM partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize product offerings for OEM and ODM clients.

**Channel and Partner Distribution**:

- Manage and expand the company's channel distribution network.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.
- Work closely with partners to drive sales and achieve mutually beneficial business objectives.

**Channel Sales**:

- Implement channel sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new channel opportunities.
- Provide training and support to channel sales teams.

**B2B Sales**:

- Execute B2B sales initiatives to acquire and retain business clients.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless B2B sales process.

**B2C Sales**:

- Contribute to B2C sales efforts through various channels, including online platforms and retail outlets.
- Analyse consumer trends and preferences to optimize B2C sales strategies.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to enhance brand visibility.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of OEM and ODM sales processes.
- Experience in managing channel and partner distribution networks.
- Demonstrated success in B2B and B2C sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
