Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales. Daily tasks include conducting market research, engaging with customers, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable products. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets set by the company.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Customer Engagement skills
  • Market Research and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of financial products and services
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Relevant sales or customer service experience is beneficial
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
