**Job description**
As the Channel Account Officer (CAO), you will be responsible for managing the channel partners (Dealers,Distributor,Stockist ,Retailers) sales across the Up Country region and generation indirect business for Shree Maruti Plastorub Industries.
- You will identify, onboard, enable & build solid and sustainable relationships with partners to propel Shree Maruti Plastorub Industries business to the next level & meet/exceed defined sales targets.
**Job Responsibilities/What You'll Do**:
- Responsible for the development & enablement of Dealers, Distributors, and established Value-Added Retailers or Stockiest to expand market share.
- Handle quarterly sales and technical training to these partners.
- Analyze multiple market factors to recommend business solutions basis customer & partner needs.
- Responsible for the overall growth, health, and revenue from the Channel Partner community.
- Ability to work in a flat hierarchy/start-up environment, delivering results with little supervision.
- Build revenue and non-revenue business plans with partners.
- Understand and be fluent in the delivery of the Shree Maruti Plastorub Industries vision and value proposition
- Need to coordinate with Partners & manage timely Renewals for their existing customers. This involves sending reminders, calling customers, preparing quotations, and updating the same in CRM.
- Makes decisions based on an appropriate amount of information/data analysis
- Coordinate with On-ground & Inside Pre-Sales Team to prepare RFP or get compliance check.
- Develops and implements strategic plans that drive the attainment of critical business objectives
- Provide partner feedback to Shree Maruti Plastorub Industries sales leadership.
- Need to update Partners about Shree Maruti Plastorub Industries Promos, Webinars and New Pricelist etc.
**Skills/What You Need To Have**:
- 3-5 years of channel sales and territory management in Retails Sales & Channel Sales development
- Experience building business and marketing plans with partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening, presentation & convincing skills
- Must have experience in delivering sales training
- Superb organizational skills
- Prior experience with smaller, growing companies.
