Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Channel Sales Head, based in Surat. The Channel Sales Head will oversee and manage relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring targets are achieved. This role also involves coordinating with internal teams to implement effective sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Channel Sales and building relationships with Channel Partners
  • Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategy development
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and meeting performance targets
  • Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
