Role Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-ups for meetings.
Screen and prioritize incoming correspondence and calls, ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on critical matters.
Coordination and Communication:
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
Facilitate clear and efficient communication across all channels.
Administrative Oversight:
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Develop and manage efficient filing and record-keeping systems.
Oversee office operations related to the CEO’s needs, ensuring productivity and organization.
Project Management:
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely completion of key deliverables.
Monitor project timelines and alert the CEO of potential delays or critical updates.
Travel and Event Planning:
Plan, organize, and execute travel itineraries and accommodations.
Coordinate and manage events, meetings, or conferences attended or hosted by the CEO.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years as an Personal Assistant
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred).
**Skills**:Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Attributes:
Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
