Job Title: EA to CEO
Function: CEO’s Office
Location: Pune
Reporting to: CEO
- POSITION OBJECTIVE
- Responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management:
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings based on the CEO's priorities.
Communication:
- Act as a gatekeeper for the CEO, managing and filtering communications.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Travel Arrangements:
- Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO.
- Ensure travel plans align with the CEO's schedule and preferences.
Meeting Support:
- Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and provide summaries or action items as needed.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines.
Information Management:
- Organize and maintain the CEO's files, records, and confidential information.
- Conduct research and compile data as requested by the CEO.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
Special Projects:
- Assist the CEO in special projects, initiatives, or research assignments.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other executives or departments as necessary.
Confidentiality:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Problem Solving:
- Anticipate challenges and proactively address issues that may arise in the CEO's absence.
- Find solutions to problems and make decisions on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
Event Planning:
- Assist in planning and organizing company events, conferences, and meetings.
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
**Qualifications**:
Graduate - Any course/ specialization in HR
Experience
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

- Knowledge of MS Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Pay: ₹14,618.93 - ₹53,535.81 per month
