Executive Assistant to CEO

The Executive Assistant will be working in the Pacific Standard Time zone (PST) and must be available during these hours.
**Responsibilities**:
- Primary point of contact for the CEO, managing communication and scheduling meetings.
- Organize and maintain the CEO’s calendar, ensuring that meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are coordinated effectively.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- oHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including conference calls and video meetings.
- Assist in project management tasks and proactively follow-up on various action items as directed by the CEO.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with great attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with mínimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Available to work in the PST timezone (no flexibility).
- Leaves will not be possible during the first six month of Probation.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
