**Job Description of Inside Sales Representative**

**Roles And Responsibilities**
- **Understanding customer needs and requirements.**:

- **Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.**:

- **Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas**:

- **Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest**:

- **Maintain and expand your database of prospects.**

**Requirements and skills**
- **Ability to comprehend KLS service offerings/product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects.**:

- **Strong Internet and LinkedIn research skills required.**:

- **Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.**:

- **Highly organized and attentive to detail.**:

- **Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities.**:

- **Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload, must work well individually or as a member of a team.**:

- **Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.**:

- **Experience in education/training industry will be preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
