Position Overview

We're looking for a driven and articulate Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding client needs, presenting product solutions, and closing deals. This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online demos.
  • Understand client requirements and present the right Kolabix product solutions (ConvoMind, DigiDinez, or DigiPlex).
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Represent the brand professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or B2B technology solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and target-driven attitude.
