**Job Title**:Business Development Executive/ Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Remote
**Experience**: 1 to 2 yrs

**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential clients to promote and sell our courses.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead and client information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strategize campaigns for lead generation.
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide regular reports on sales progress and pipeline.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 yr of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
