Industry: Training & Placement Courses (EdTech)

Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Description

We are hiring Inside Sales Executives to promote and sell our Training & Placement Courses designed for students, freshers, and working professionals. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into enrollments.

Responsibilities

  • Counsel students and professionals about career-oriented training & placement courses.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls, WhatsApp queries, and follow-ups.
  • Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities.
  • Convert inquiries into admissions.
  • Achieve monthly sales & enrollment targets.
  • Maintain CRM data and prepare daily reports.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of sales/telecalling/counseling experience (EdTech sales preferred).
  • Strong convincing power and target-oriented mindset.
  • Must have laptop/desktop + stable internet.
