
Inside Sales Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to support our sales and
marketing teams by building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities. The role

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed research to track, maintain, and update leads.
- Make outbound calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Qualify leads using the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) methodology.
- Maintain and manage the lead generation database in the CRM system.
- Record all interactions and activities in the CRM for transparency and tracking.
- Conduct customer research to better understand potential clients’ needs.
- Build a deep understanding of the company’s solutions and services to effectively drive
the inside sales process.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Strong research skills and the ability to maintain databases.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and database tools.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Prior experience working with US-based clients and understanding US geography is a
plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
