About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our business development efforts within Gorakhpur and nearby commercial hubs including Lucknow and Eastern Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on identifying prospects, understanding their IT & software requirements, and generating qualified business opportunities remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact prospective clients in Gorakhpur, Lucknow, and nearby regions across education, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and services sectors.
  • Conduct outreach via calls, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Schedule and support product/service presentations and proposal discussions with prospects.
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline updates, and structured follow-ups to ensure timely conversions.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team for proposals, quotations, and client coordination.
  • Track local market trends, competition, and client needs to support sales strategy.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or relevant domain.
  • 1–3 years of tele-sales or B2B inside sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent Hindi communication and good English communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Knowledge of IT/software services will be considered an advantage.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work independently with responsibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
