Inside Sales Representative.

*Responsibilities:*
- *Lead Generation:*
- Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through inbound calls, online inquiries, and outbound prospecting efforts.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and identify the most suitable.
- Utilize our CRM system to effectively manage leads, track progress, and schedule appointments for further discussions with the appropriate sales team.
- *Customer Relationship Management:*
- Build rapport with potential clients through excellent communication skills.
- Provide clear and concise information about design-build services and property management solutions.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- *Sales Pipeline Management:*
- Progress qualified leads through the sales funnel by scheduling appointments for further discussions with representatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
- *Market Research and Analysis:*
- Stay informed about current market trends and competitor activity within the logistics, industrial real estate, and property management sectors.
- Assist the sales team with identifying new business opportunities.

*Qualifications:*
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a B2B inside sales role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating qualified leads.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines.
- A passion for the real estate or construction industry (a plus).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- No travel
